CANCELLATION & PAUSE POLICY
This policy explains how memberships can be canceled or paused and sets clear expectations for all members.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
Memberships may be canceled at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted via the contact method listed on our website. No partial refunds are issued for services already scheduled or completed within the current billing cycle.
MEMBERSHIP PAUSE POLICY
Members may request to pause their membership for a minimum of one billing cycle. Pause requests must be made at least 7 days before the next scheduled service. Paused memberships retain priority when reactivated, subject to availability.
NO-SHOWS & ACCESS ISSUES
If a vehicle is inaccessible at the scheduled service time and no notice is provided, the service may be forfeited for that period.
Repeated access issues may require schedule adjustments.
