PRIVACY POLICY
One Man One Bucket respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including name, contact information, vehicle details, service address, and payment information.
Your information is used solely to manage memberships, schedule services, process payments, and communicate service updates. We do not sell, share, or trade customer information with third parties. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. One Man One Bucket does not store full payment details.
WEATHER POLICY
One Man One Bucket operates outdoors and services are weather-dependent. Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, storms, extreme temperatures, or unsafe working conditions. If weather prevents service, appointments will be automatically rescheduled to the next available service window at no additional charge.
RESCHEDULING DUE TO WEATHER
Weather-related rescheduling is handled automatically by One Man One Bucket. No service is considered missed due to weather-related delays. Memberships remain active and uninterrupted.
CUSTOMER RESCHEDULING POLICY
Members may request to reschedule a service with at least 24 hours’ notice. Reschedules are subject to availability and same-week rescheduling is not guaranteed. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited for that service period.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By using our website or services, you agree to these policies. Policies may be updated as the business grows.
